Fund OverviewThe Fund invests in ASX-listed securities of small and micro capitalised companies that are covered by the investment research capabilities of Bennelong Australian Equity Partners ('BAEP').

The Fund may invest in securities expected to be listed on the ASX within 12 months. The Fund may also invest in securities listed, or expected to be listed, on other exchanged where such securities relate to ASX-listed securities
Manager CommentsThe Bennelong Emerging Companies Fund rose +2.80% in March, taking annualised performance since inception in November 2017 to +18.84% versus the ASX200 Accumulation Index's +7.98%. The Fund's up-capture and down-capture ratios since inception indicate that, on average, the Fund has captured significantly more of the market's upside than its downside.

Over the quarter the Fund returned over 21% (after fees). Bennelong noted that, even though performance was assisted by the market's strong rally, the Fund did exceptionally well in its stock selection. The biggest contributors over the quarter were some of the Fund's largest holdings - Nearmap, Audinate, Jumbo Interactive and Bravura Solutions. They added that these companies all continued to report very strong profit results.
