| Fund Overview | Bennelong Long Short Equity Management applies a qualitative stock selection process to construct a diversified portfolio of paired securities based on relative value. The Bennelong Long Short Equity Management strategy invests primarily in the S&P/ASX 100 and is dollar neutral at cost. |
| Manager Comments | Bennelong sees Australia's two speed economy as being an ongoing theme as strong commodity prices continue to drive the mining boom, while the rest of the economy struggles with relatively weak business and consumer confidence. With higher input costs and a strong local currency, Bennelong believes there may be margin pressure over the next year or so from the industrial and non mining sectors to add to inflationary risks around the globe.
